The service

SupaSmart is in beta. It is free for a limited number of CREDAI member developers; the only cost is the AI usage you actually consume, billed directly to you by the AI providers (Google, DeepSeek). During the beta the service is provided as-is, and features may change — we announce material changes to every workspace.

Your data

Everything your company enters remains yours. We take only the rights needed to run the service for you — storing, processing and displaying your data inside your own isolated workspace. You can export it or leave at any time.

Fair use

Use the service lawfully and only for your own company's operations. Don't attempt to access another company's workspace, disrupt the service, or use the AI agents to send unlawful or harassing communications.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SupaSmart's liability during the free beta is limited. Keep your own statutory records (your books stay in Tally) — SupaSmart complements them; it does not replace your legal obligations.
