What we store

SupaSmart stores the operational data your company puts into it — reports, bookings, employee records, tickets, photos and documents. It lives in your company's own isolated instance: its own database, its own file store, its own subdomain. Your data is never mixed with another company's.

Who can see it

Only the people your company invites, within the roles you assign them. When SupaSmart support needs access to help you, that access is time-boxed, audited and visible to you.

AI features

When an agent works for you — screening a résumé, placing a call, reconciling an invoice — the minimum necessary content is sent to the AI provider (Google, DeepSeek) to do that job, under your own provider account. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it to train models.

Your rights

The data is yours. Export it at any time, and ask us to delete your workspace whenever you choose — write to sales@onecity.in.
